Roll Bar crush tubes and mounting

The roll bar was only held in place with 8mm bolts and the frame or the roll bar had crush tubes. The next job was to drill out the holes and weld in crush tubes. I also increased the size to 12mm bolts.

First of the 18mm holes drilled out for the crush tube to be welded in.

Left hnd side complete, crush tubes welded in to the frame and roll bar, then cleaned up.

All up 10 hole drilled out 10 crush tubes, lots of welding an grinding.

But I now have the completed roll bar on and its rock solid. Once again its added to the strength and rigidity.
